Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Nimbo app, developed by Tommaso Perrotti. By using the app you accept them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's EULA prevails.

1. What Nimbo does

Nimbo helps you use your phone less: it blocks the apps you choose, supports you during focus sessions and shows your progress. It's a digital wellbeing tool. It is not a medical or psychological service and doesn't replace professional advice.

2. Your account and data

You're responsible for your password and for what happens with your account. Today Nimbo's data stays only on your iPhone: if you delete the app or lose your phone without a backup, it can't be recovered. See the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time in Profilo › Impostazioni › Elimina Account.

3. Nimbo Pro

Nimbo is free to download. Some features are part of Nimbo Pro, available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and contents are shown in the app, in your currency, before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled by Apple under its terms: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, resell or decompile the app, or use it for illegal purposes or to harm others. Nimbo, its name, mascot, illustrations and content belong to their author and are protected by copyright.

5. Limitations

Nimbo relies on iOS Screen Time. Some features depend on Apple and may change or stop working after a system update. We do our best to keep the app working well, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or that blocks can't be bypassed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top; for important changes we'll also tell you in the app.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, the more protective rules of your country of residence still apply. Questions: lifeeonedge@gmail.com.
