Permissions and blocks

How do I give Nimbo Screen Time access?

Nimbo needs Apple's Screen Time to block apps and show how much you use your phone. It asks during the onboarding guide:

  1. when Apple's prompt appears, tap Continue;
  2. confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

If you declined, open Settings › Screen Time on your iPhone, make sure Screen Time is on and give Nimbo access. Then go back to the app.

Nimbo doesn't see or send Screen Time data: it stays on the phone and is handled by Apple.

Can I stop a block early?

Yes, a regular block can be ended from the app at any time. The Nimbo Pro strict block is designed not to be interrupted: it ends only when the time is up.

Does Nimbo work on iPad or older iPhones?

Nimbo is made for iPhone and requires iOS 26 or later.

Nimbo Pro and payments

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you cancel them on your iPhone, not in the app:

  1. open Settings;
  2. tap your name, then Subscriptions;
  3. choose Nimbo and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Nimbo Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime purchase never renews. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

I already paid but don't see Nimbo Pro

Open the Nimbo Pro screen and tap Ho già pagato — ripristina l'acquisto (Restore purchase), using the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I request a refund?

Payments are received by Apple, so refunds are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?
  1. open the Profilo (Profile) tab;
  2. tap the gear icon at the top to open Impostazioni (Settings);
  3. scroll down and tap Elimina Account (Delete Account);
  4. type ELIMINA to confirm.

Your account and all its data are deleted immediately and can't be recovered. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately as described above.

New phone: will I get my data back?

Today Nimbo's data lives only on the phone. You'll find it on your new iPhone if you move over with an iCloud backup or Apple's direct transfer. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID: just restore it.
